Dear Patients, I work with people suffering from mood disorders, anxiety disorders, depressive disorders, personality disorders, experiencing a lot of stress in life, with low self-esteem, experiencing difficulties in relationships, or who are in crisis and need the help of a psychologist. I am a psychologist and cognitive-behavioral psychotherapist, sleep disorders therapist - I am certified by the European (ESRS) and Polish (PTBS) Sleep Research Society, I participate in schema therapy training. My interests especially include helping people with personality disorders. I graduated in psychology from the University of Łódź in 2019, in 2023 I completed psychotherapeutic training (I am waiting for the certificate number to be issued) at a school accredited by the Polish Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy Society (of which I am a member) - the Academy of Motivation and Education in Warsaw, since November 2023 I have also been a participant of the training Schema Therapy, accredited by ISST, conducted at the AMIE school in Warsaw. I gained experience during internships and internships at the Hospital. Holy Trinity in Płock at the psychiatric day ward and also while volunteering at the Hospital. Babiński in Łódź in the 24-hour men's ward. My work is subject to constant supervision. When working with patients, I combine cognitive and behavioral work as well as Motivational Interviewing and schema therapy techniques. The motto I follow at work is - "I am a specialist in therapy methods, but each patient is a specialist in himself." I believe that the resources for change are always in my patients, I just help them discover and bring them out. A friendly, open atmosphere at meetings is my priority.
